1 Estimated valuations. Valuations are based on the estimated and realistic price the item may receive at an auction house. It should be clearly understood the estimated valuations are assessed solely on the information the customer provides. Cataloging by Columbus will make every effort to provide an accurate description of your item / items based on the information, pictures and photographs provided by the customer. Cataloging by Columbus cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions.

2 Auctions. Cataloging by Columbus is an independent organization and is not a Associated with or connected to any auction house in the world. Cataloging by Columbus does not recommend or advertise any particular auction house or dealer's web sites.

3 Cataloging by Columbus is based in England and our terms and conditions and are governed by English law and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

4 From the time and date that Cataloging by Columbus receives the customers request for an evaluation, Cataloging by Columbus will normally take up to 24 hours to email the estimated valuation back to the customer. The client will be notified if any extension to this period is needed.

5 Disclaimer. Cataloging by Columbus employs experts to give our customers a good service, and whilst every effort will be made to give correct valuation estimates Cataloging by Columbus cannot be held responsible for incorrect estimates, or for any damages or loss resulting from the use of their description.

6 Payments by customer. A charge of €12.00 per estimated valuation and description will be charged to your credit card.

7 Credit cards. The customer must use a credit card that is in their name or that they have legal authorization for the use of that card. The customer must have sufficient credit available in that account to pay for the descriptions supplied by Cataloging by Columbus.

8 Security. Cataloging by Columbus uses 128 bit SSL encryption to protect data transmissions.

9 Cataloging by Columbus reserves the right to email members about special promotions, changes to procedures and news relevant to members from time to time. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please e-mail

10 In providing appraisal and identification of client's property Cataloging by Columbus reserves the right to consult, provide images to, or communicate with any expert, organization or authority it chooses in order to provide the agreed service.

11 Cataloging by Columbus reserves the right to publish pictures, on the World Wide Web or in print, of any marks of signatures supplied by clients should it wish.
